Telcred has raised 2.6 MSEK in seed funding from ALMI Invest and a group of private investors. The proceeds will be used to launch Telcred’s innovative access control solution commercially and support projects with pilot customers. Telcred has successfully delivered its first commercial deployment – a conferencing facility in Kista, north of Stockholm. The conference rooms have been equipped with Telcred’s door mounted reader. Visitors receive contactless cards with access rights matching their booking loaded on the card, while building staff use NFC phones to access the facility.

On October 17, The Israeli startup community got together in Tel Aviv to listen to pitches from the hottest startups at the event StartTWS. Through a new intitiative called Startup Bootcamp, Israel and the city of Tel Aviv are inviting nine European startups to spend 10 days in Tel Aviv filled with networking, seminars and high profile meetings with top Israeli entrepreneurs.
